A note from
Andi
I know choosing a pediatric primary care provider and a new kind of care model is a big decision. If you’re looking for honest answers, an unrushed visit, and care that supports you as much as your child, you are at the right place. Whenever you're ready to talk or ask questions, I’m here to walk through it with you.
I’d Love to Meet You Before We Start!

Meet
Andrea "Andi" Singer
APRN, FNP-C
Andi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience caring for patients in high-acuity settings like the ICU and ER. After more than 11 years working in critical care, Andi shifted her focus to pediatrics, where she found what she loves most: building real, lasting relationships with families. As a mom of three, she brings a blend of medical expertise and lived experience to every visit.
Andi is also a certified infant and toddler sleep consultant, and was named one of the Top 20 Medical Influencers in Las Vegas for her work using social media to support and educate parents. Whether she’s helping a newborn sleep better or talking a mom through a tough decision, she brings calm, clarity, and kindness into every interaction.
When she’s not caring for patients, Andi is usually spending time with her three children and husband, hiking national parks, exploring new places, or trying every kind of food Las Vegas has to offer. She believes in showing up for families with real-life understanding and with the kind of empathy that only comes from being a mom herself.

about
The Pediatric Collective
At The Pediatric Collective, we believe that when moms feel supported, kids thrive.
This isn’t just a pediatric clinic. It’s a place where your child receives expert medical care, and you receive the time, presence, and support you deserve. We were built for real life: the long nights, the stubborn symptoms, the milestones, and the messy in-between. Our care goes beyond the chart because we know parenting isn’t just clinical; it’s deeply personal.
We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic. That means we are a membership-based service with no insurance billing, no rushed visits, and no surprise charges. Just clear pricing, more time with your provider, and care that works for your family. Our services include in-home newborn care, same- or next-day sick visits when available, developmental guidance, sleep and feeding support, behavioral consults, and so much more.
The heart of our practice isn’t just medical. Our mission is to offer a provider who listens to your instincts, validates your concerns, and supports your role as the expert on your child. We are here to walk with you, not ahead of you.
