Direct Primary Care
vs. Traditional Healthcare
1616 Crawfordville Highway, Suite D, Crawfordville, Florida 32327
At Pediatric Collective, we do things differently. We follow a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, which means we don’t bill insurance. Instead, you pay a monthly membership fee that covers your care. It’s a shift away from traditional high-volume, check-the-box care toward something more personal.
This model creates space for something rare in today’s healthcare system: human connection. We are here to provide reliable access, longer visits, and a trusted medical partner who truly knows your child and cares just as much as you do, because she’s a mom herself.

Membership model with predictable monthly pricing
Visits that last long enough to talk through your concerns
Easy, direct communication with your child’s clinician
Same or next-day visits when your child needs to be seen
Guidance on more than just illness—feeding, sleep, behavior, and more
Personalized care from a provider who knows your child well
Traditional Pediatric Care
Fee-for-service model with variable costs
Short visits with limited time to ask questions
Calls are routed through the front desk or answering services
Long waits for appointments, especially when sick
Often focused on diagnosis and treatment only
Rotating providers and rushed, impersonal care
